Provide financial and tax support aligned with the company's business strategy.
Support budget preparation for departments, review and summarize budgets, monitor and analyze overall costs, and offer rationalization suggestions based on business performance.
Regularly analyze financial health, risks, and budget achievements based on financial statements and other accounting information.
Handle annual financial audits and compile financial reports.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
 

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economic Management.
Over 5 years of financial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a preference for those in R&D-focused pharmaceutical companies and expertise in financial management, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
Rich knowledge in financial management and a deep understanding of accounting processes.
Strong business acumen, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
