Conduct industry research in key areas according to company strategy, track new products, technologies, and projects domestically and internationally, analyze industry competition, and produce research reports.
Responsible for preliminary research, project assessment, due diligence, and preparation of project initiation documents for project introductions.
Participate in the formulation of company project cooperation plans, contract development, project monitoring, and management of cooperation progress.

A master's degree or higher in Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields, with a preference for candidates with a Ph.D. or overseas background.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry BD, investment, or consulting, with a deep understanding of industry trends in medicine, products, and technology.
Proficiency in utilizing websites and databases, excellent English skills, and report writing abilities.
Strong resilience, execution skills, and good communication and coordination abilities.
