Ph.D. in Structural Biology, Chemical Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; profound understanding of protein structures, protein dynamics, and molecule interactions.
Over three years of experience in innovative drug R&D, preferably in a large pharmaceutical company or renowned research institution.
Knowledge of cutting-edge AI-related protein simulation technologies is a plus.
Experience leading or significantly contributing to the advancement of compounds from early discovery to clinical candidates is preferred.
Strong resilience, excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
