Pharmacology & Pharmacodynamics Researcher

Job Description

Develop in vivo and in vitro evaluation models aligned with drug targets and molecular characteristics, conduct target validation, pharmacodynamics assessments, PK/PD studies, and exploration and validation of biomarkers.
Independently conduct literature reviews related to the project, suggest potential indications, and establish appropriate evaluation models as needed.
Proactively identify and coordinate internal and external resources to address biological issues during the project's progress.
Select and collaborate with suitable partners or CROs for project execution, negotiate plans and contracts, oversee the implementation process, and review research reports to ensure study quality.

Requirement

A degree in pharmacology, toxicology, biology, or a related field, with a preference for doctoral education.
Minimum of three years of experience in biological or pharmacological research, with a preference for those with experience in early-stage small molecule drug development or biological project management. Understanding or experience in drug metabolism and safety is a plus.
A deep understanding of oncology or other major diseases, broad industry vision, biomedical knowledge, and a solid research foundation. Proficiency in English with the ability to independently review scientific literature.
Critical thinker, proactive, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, coordination abilities, and a team player spirit.
